Bison b.c. Hitting The Road With Kylesa |
The like minded pair of riff infested heavy bands will begin their trek in North Carolina, which includes the Planet Caravan Festival with Clutch, Pentagram, Wino, Burst and tons more. The fest will be a perfect beginning to what promises to be a tour filled with ample amounts of banging heads, sloshing cups of beer and plenty of beards!
Vocalist/guitarist James Farwell issues his update: "So I get back from the baptized in beer tour, and I'm hangin' on the porch with my dog Milo, just shootin' the ----, and I break the news that I'm goin out on the road again in Septemberhe looks up at me with the sad, disappointed look he has mastered for when I tell him things he doesn't want to hear. I scratch him behind his ear and say, "but we get to go out with Kylesa, and Tombs and Red Fang will be there to party, and Saviours" I see his tail start wagging and he says, "----ing awesome dudedrink a beer for me, cause sometimes this water just doesn't cut it."

Lightning Swords Of Death Ink With Metal Blade |
Those who were privy to the band's 2007 release, The Golden Plague, are already aware of the band's prowess. Their second release took the form of a split CD with comrades Valdur, which was only available for a limited time at performances during the country wide 2008 Blodhevn tour. The split continues to infect all who experience its unyielding expression of true chaos, but it's only a precursor of the grand and terrible horror that is looming in the future like a headsman's shadow
Vocalist Autarch divulges: "Metal Blade has made a pact with the Devil. His knights, Lightning Swords of Death shall go forth to wreak torment upon man and all his works for conquer and the glory of Hell on Earth. We rejoice in this union, together we shall stack the souls of the weak and fill our chalice with the blood of martyrs."

Noah and the Whale Charlie Fink, Doug Fink, Tom Hobden and Urby Whale craft their music with a unique and imaginative vision that sets them apart from the rest, and this October the band will release The First Days of Spring on Cherrytree/Interscope alongside a film of the same name which marks the directorial debut of Charlie Fink and runs the same length as the record. The release is the highly-anticipated follow-up to their gold- selling 2008 debut album Peaceful, The World Lays Me Down.

As their set of fall dates approaches, Rock Plaza front man and literary award winner Chris Eaton is once again looking forward to adding more to his on-the-road Twitter project.
Eaton has been writing one story per day of no more than 140 characters on tour, so that he may publish them for public participation on his band's Twitter account from the road.
