Having played every continent in the physical world, Metallica sets its sights on new frontiers with events across Fortnite this month. Metallica becomes the first band to take center stage across all Fortnite experiences, with Metallica-themed gameplay coming to Fortnite Festival, Battle Royale, LEGO Fortnite, Rocket Racing and more starting tomorrow, June 13.

Plus, as part of an all new music experience inside of Fortnite, Metallica: Fuel. Fire. Fury. will bring a series of in-game concert performances to players only on June 22 and June 23. (continue)

The full band lineup has been announced for the last NOFX shows ever, October 4, 5 and 6 in Los Angeles - closing out where it all started. For the LA dates of NOFX Final Tour: 40 Years, 40 Cities, 40 Songs Per Day, NOFX will be joined by Dropkick Murphys (Friday), Descendents (Saturday), Pennywise (Sunday) and many more at San Pedro's Berth 46.

Mike Tramp returns with 'Songs Of White Lion - Vol. II' which will drop on August 23rd via Frontiers Music Srl. The album's ten tracks once again see Tramp re-imagining select cuts from his former band White Lion.

To herald the album's announcement, Tramp shares its first single, "Lights and Thunder," accompanied by a new music video. Last night, Riot Fest founder Mike Petrynshyn released a video statement announcing the exit of the fest from Douglass Park and the unveiling of RiotLand and the line-up this morning.

In the statement, Petryshyn said the following, "So, it became evident change was needed. Riot Fest will be leaving Douglass Park. And-allow me to be as clear as the azure sky of the deepest summer-our exodus is solely because of the Chicago Park District. Their lack of care for the community, you, and us, ultimately left us no choice. (continue)

Los Angeles band Nightjacket just released their new single "All Of My Friends" and to celebrate we asked Andrea Wasse to tell us about the track. Here is the story:

"All Of My Friends" came to me in pieces, which is usually the case, but it took a minute to get all of the pieces together. The first verse (lyrics and melody) was in my head for months before I brought it to anyone else to flesh out. It was near the end of the pandemic (or the middle of pandemic... what is time?), when the world was starting to open up again but nothing felt the same by any means. (continue)
