Green Day have announced a massive 2024 global stadium tour that will include dates in North America next summer and Europe next spring, dubbed The Saviors Tour.

Red Hot Chili Peppers kicked off the Latin America leg of their Global Stadium tour with an electric sold-out performance at Estadio Nacional in San Jose, Costa Rica on Halloween.

EELS have announced the release of a new compilation album, EELS So Good: Essential EELS, Vol.2 out on December 15th via E Works/[PIAS], that will include a brand new Christmas song.

Spanning over 15 years, seven studio albums and featuring some of EELS best loved songs, the album includes hits such as "Fresh Blood" and "That Look You Gave That Guy", new favorites from 2020's Earth To Dora, as well as three previously unreleased tracks and five that are being pressed to vinyl for the very first time, including "Royal Pain" from the motion picture Shrek The Third, and "Man Up" from the official soundtrack of "Yes Man". On February 1, 2024 Los Angeles-based rock duo Deap Vally will release a re-recorded version of the band's debut LP and final release, entitled SISTRIONIX 2.0, on the band's own Deap Vally Records. The double LP will include demos, previously unreleased covers, re-recordings of limited release b-sides & rarities, and more.

Today Deap Vally is excited to share their cover of The Rolling Stones' "Ventilator Blues" along with its accompanying lyric video which was conceived and edited by the band's Julie Edwards and filmed by Anthony Ferrara and Dan Clarke over a 12 year period. The track is on all streaming platforms now for any playlist shares. "Ventilator Blues" is the latest track to be released from SISTRIONIX 2.0 and follows "Baby I Call Hell" (Deap Vally's Version) which was released earlier this year. The track was originally recorded in 2014 for a Rolling Stones compilation record, but their label at the time would not release them to appear on the record, so the recording got shelved. Foreign Hands share new single "Conditioned for a Head-On Collision," out through SharpTone Records. Produced by Will Putney, the song takes the band's metalcore roots and combines them with post-hardcore influences into a dynamic and crushing three minutes.

Eighty Six Seas just released a new song called "Lonely Afternoon" that was inspired by the Stewart-Gardner museum heist. To celebrate we asked Nick Stevens to tell us about the track. Here is the story:

Lonely Afternoon is more or less a riff on the first thirty minutes of The Thomas Crown Affair (the Pierce Brosnan version). The whole concept around the Scenes from an Art Heist album is a meditation on why someone steals art, and the idea of a bored businessman just stealing art for kicks seemed to fit right in. I had this idea of a narrator who sees the world passing him by as he isolates himself further and further. Stealing a painting is his way of injecting himself back into the world, albeit as a villain. (continue)
