ZZ Top and Lynyrd Skynyrd have massively expanded their The Sharp Dressed Simple Man Tour with 36 additional shows added to the coheadlining trek next spring and summer.
The spring leg of the tour will feature support from Black Stone Cherry and is set to launch on March 8th in Savannah, GA at the Enmarket Arena and will run until April 20th where it concludes in Corpus Christi, TX at the American Bank Center. (continue)

The band's first show in four years will see Ann and Nancy Wilson take the stage at the city's Climate Pledge Arena alongside special guests Jason Bonham's Led Zeppelin Evening; the show will be followed by the Space Needle's firework spectacular.
The Wilson sisters have been working on solo projects in recent years, with Nancy making a surprise appearance during Ann's concert on in Santa Rosa, CA on October 10 as the singer toured with Tripsitter in support of the new album, "Another Door." (continue)

The band's fifth album will be available as a special 2-disc package in a 7-inch gatefold sleeve, containing the "Atom Heart Mother" album on CD and a Blu-ray disc featuring footage of "Atom Heart Mother (Suite)" performed at Hakone Aphrodite Festival, Japan in August 1971 - originally released as part of The Early Years box set.
The film has been upgraded from a recently discovered original tape of the time; it also includes a mini-documentary that features behind-the-scenes footage of the band and the event. (continue)

It all started with the phrase, To The Moon, which, when I wrote it, was very popular in the crypto world. It was used by Elon and the digital currency adopters to describe a coin that is suddenly increasing in value.
It's the only song on the album where the music was dictated by the song title. I usually start by writing the music and letting that inspire the vibe of the lyrics, or find some lines that I've already written which fit the rhythm and mood. (continue)
