The Eagles have added "The California Concerts" to the band's "Long Goodbye" tour in 2024 at the iconic Kia Forum in Los Angeles on Friday, Jan. 5 and Saturday, Jan. 6, marking the ten-year anniversary of the six Eagles' concerts in January 2014 that reopened the reimagined Forum after its magnificent $100 million renovation, and quickly transformed the building into once again being the premiere Los Angeles concert venue.
The presale begins Wednesday, Oct. 11 at 10 AM PDT and runs through to the end of the business day on Thursday, Oct 12. General ticket on-sale starts Friday, Oct. 13 at 10 AM PDT. (continue)
Foo Fighter frontman Dave Grohl broke into an unexpected partial cover of the Led Zeppelin classic "Stairway To Heaven" during the band's headline set at the Ohana Festival in Dana Point, Ca.
The band's performance was reportedly halted while an audience member was receiving medical attention. Grohl asked from the stage, "Should I stop playing while you take care of that? Go take care of that. I'll play something while you do that." (continue)

Fifty years after Gram Parsons' passing, Amoeba Music and Polly Parsons have announced the release of a special two-LP live recording from Gram Parsons and the Fallen Angels titled The Last Roundup: Live from the Bijou Cafe in Philadelphia March 16th, 1973, the first available live performance of Parsons and the Fallen Angels and his first new solo material to be released in four decades.
Recently unearthed from Amoeba Music's vault and featuring Emmylou Harris on vocals, The Last Roundup: Live from the Bijou Cafe in Philadelphia March 16th, 1973 will be released on November 24 as part of RSD Black Friday.
