(hennemusic) Foo Fighters played a surprise set under a pseudonym band name at the UK's Glastonbury Festival on June 23. Billed as The Churnups, fans can stream broadcast video of "All My Life", "Rescued" and "The Pretender" as pulled from a 9-song performance that included a guest appearance by Violet Grohl and wrapped up with a dedication to the late Taylor Hawkins on the closing number, "Everlong."

Alongside new drummer Josh Freese, Foo Fighters arrived on the Pyramid Stage ahead of Royal Blood and the evening's headliners Arctic Monkeys. The Foo Fighters recently topped the UK charts with their new album, "But Here We Are." (continue)

Prog legends Yes shared via social media that their will be a special John Wetton memorial concert in August that will be livestreamed. Wetton passed away in January of 2017 from complications from cancer at the Macmillan Unit at Christchurch Hospital, which will benefit from the event.

Public Image Ltd. (PiL) share new single "Car Chase," taken from their forthcoming 11th studio album, and first album in 8 years, End of World, due out August 11, 2023 on PiL Official via Cargo UK Distribution/Redeye U.S. The album release will be followed by a 38-date UK and European Tour.

The video to "Car Chase," gives an insight into the recording of the new album and features handwritten lyrics by John Lydon. Talking about "Car Chase," John said, "Typical PiL, unpredictable to the last. It's a fantastic smash-and-grab of a song. Last Thursday night, on this year's summer solstice, GRAMMY Award-nominated and multi-platinum selling rock band Fall Out Boy launched their highly anticipated So Much For (Tour) Dust global headline tour with an epic, sold out hometown show at Wrigley Field in Chicago, IL.
