(hennemusic) Guns N' Roses has shared a photo from a recording studio in Oslo, Norway that confirms the band is actively working on a new project. The picture - which shows Axl Rose and Slash joined by two staff members at Urban Sound Studios in Oslo, Norway - surfaced on the company's Instagram account on June 22, the day after the group performed at the Tons Of Rock festival in the Norwegian capital.

"We got to hang out with these 2 rock legends in the studio today. Really cool guys!," the caption reads. "The band wanted a nice studio with a variety of speakers and headphones to listen to new mixes before they head for Glastonbury. It sounds awesome!" (continue)

Presented by Unbranded Events, "The 50th Anniversary of Lynyrd Skynyrd" captures the band live at the famed Ryman Auditorium in Nashville, TN last November and delivers the band's final show with founding member Gary Rossington before his passing in March at the age of 71.

Rossington was the group's last original founding member of the Florida band that released their debut album, "Pronounced 'Leh-'nerd 'Skin-'nerd", in 1973. (continue)

Eric Clapton and Warner Records today announce the highly-anticipated release of The Definitive 24 Nights album and boxed sets which expand the live collection of Clapton's record-setting 1990-91 run of 24 concerts at the Royal Albert Hall with nearly six hours of live music and 36 unreleased performances including today's release of the fan-favorite "Crossroads (Live at The Royal Albert Hall 1991)."

This timeless Robert Johnson composition has been a staple in most Clapton setlists for decades, but the first section of this almost 9-minute version of the song features Clapton and the band playing an inspired improvised introduction.
