I always like to keep people guessing just a little bit when I write lyrics because I think it's a fun thing to see what people interpret your music as and when you write lyrics that are too specific it ends up kind of giving it away and there is nothing left to be desired. I always loved bands like Sound Garden, Nirvana, and Helmet who use similar techniques when writing.
