Hammerstrike (October 14, 2008/SCI Fidelity) finds the band reaching back in order to move forward. Primarily recorded live in one room to analog tape by Bill Moriarty (Dr. Dog, Man Man), the album captures a sound that harkens back to the 70's but never slips into nostalgic retreads.

An Horse Set CD Release And Tour Plans |
An Horse will kick off a U.S. tour with Jessica Lea Mayfield on October 20 st at Iota Club in Arlington. Other highlights include a show at Maxwells in NJ on October 21st, CMJ showcase on October 22ndat New York City's 205 Club and a November 11th show at The Echo in Los Angeles.

"This is one of the hardest working bands out there and they have independently built a buzz since forming nearly three years ago. We've got a great team behind these guys and I am excited about the future possibilities," stated F.O.F. President, Denny Sanders upon the announcement.
F.O.F./EMI will release The Drama Club's self titled EP on November 11, 2008. Look for the band to tour extensively for the remainder of 2008 and for their follow up debut LP in 2009.'

Angus And Julia Stone Announce Digital EP |
The digital only release will be exclusive to iTunes for one week before going up on all major digital service providers. The band, whose album recently went Platinum in Australia, has announced four US tour dates in November, their first shows ever in the states.
Hollywood EP is the second in a series of three digital only EPs that will be released in the coming months, all leading up to the March 2009 release of the band's full-length debut.

Musicians of every genre - professional, amateur and youth - are invited to participate in this global network of concerts, using the power of music to help spread a message of hope, unity and "Harmony for Humanity." Performances by the World Music Days Honorary Committee, including Grammy Award winner Herbie Hancock, are expected to be among the highlights, as in previous years.
Since World Music Days' inception, more than 2,000 concerts in 77 countries have been dedicated in memory of Daniel Pearl, The Wall Street Journal reporter murdered by extremists in Pakistan shortly after 9/11. Pearl was a talented musician who believed in the power of music to bridge differences and unite people around their shared humanity. The Foundation established World Music Days in 2002 to honor his October 10th birthday.
