Ill Nino Week: Day 5 |
"Me Gusta La Soledad" is a love song. Even though in this song I am speaking to a woman, it actually is a story that is told from the female point of view. It is a song of trial, guilt, overcoming, and accepting loneliness.
This girl showed me true spirituality, elemental importance, and universal connection. I was far from perfect but, I still devote my life to her.

NIN Vs Radiohead |
Speaking to ABC he said: "What they did was a cool thing; I think the way they parlayed it into a marketing gimmick has certainly been shrewd. But if you look at what they did, though, it was very much a bait and switch to get you to pay for a MySpace-quality stream as a way to promote a very traditional record sale."
He added: "There's nothing wrong with that - I but don't see that as a big revolution [that] they're kinda getting credit for. What they did right: they surprised the world with a new record, and it was available digitally first. What they did wrong: by making it such a low quality thing, not even including artwork ... to me that feels insincere."

Weezer CD Almost Done |
"We have one song left to mix and then it's on to mastering. We should be all done very soon. Then we chill for a minute.
"The album will be out in June so with any luck you will hear a new Weezer song on the radio soon. I think I know which song is the first single but I'm not sure so I can't tell you. I'll give you some hints, though. It's one word, starts with a T, ends with an R and contains twelve letters. You should be able to figure it out because you're smart li'l Weezer fans.
"The album is meaty, crunchy and melodic like a good Weezer album should be."
