(Filter) Following their tumultuous fall-out with Interscope Records, �And You Will Know Us By the Trail Of Dead have signed with German label Superball Music to release their upcoming album in Europe.

The band are currently hard at work in the studio working on the album, which is scheduled to be released in September 2008.

A US label is expected to be announced shortly after SXSW - more on this story
