Jessica Vale Week: Night in Sarajevo
antiMusic reports: This week Jessica Vale tells us about her favorite five tracks from her new CD Brand New Disease, which is in stores right now. Here is Jessica with today's song "Night in Sarajevo":

Night in Sarajevo was inspired by my first trip to Bosnia. During that trip the city was still in hardcore recovery mode from the Balkan War.

It was my first experience in a worn torn city. Most of building were still standing, but completely gutted, shelled, and scorched black.

They fill in shell marks on the sidewalk with red wax, to mark where Bosnians were killed. Intense, to say the least. We went back and shot the video there last summer.
Happily Sarajevo today is an amazing town. I go back there every chance I get.

Cops Try To Frame 50 Cent?
antiMusic reports: Looks like the man is gunning for 50 Cent and tried to have a fellow rapper frame up the half-a-buck rapper. Either that or someone is trying to hype a new CD. Contact Music has the story: Mobb Deep Star Prodigy has revealed police tried to persuade him to "set up" G-Unit label boss 50 CENT after he was arrested on gun possession charges.

The rapper was sentenced to a three-and-a-half-year jail term earlier this month (Oct07) after accepting a plea deal, but during an interview with DJ Whoo Kid's G-Unit Radio, Prodigy suggested he could have brought his prison time down even more.

He claims that police tried to get him to set up his G-Unit boss 50 Cent, by asking him to plant evidence inside the rapper's car - but he wouldn't do it.- more on this story

Abdul Slams Idol
antiMusic reports: Paula Abdul finally has an original thought but you can bet that Idol producers wish she'd do back to being a Randy Jackson parrot. Here is the Contact Music report: American Idol judge Paula Abdul has slammed the talent show for "destroying the souls" of aspiring singers.

The 45-year-old singing star - who appears on the reality TV series alongside music mogul Simon Cowell - admits she would never have appeared on a talent show to launch her career.

She says, "I don't know that I'd have it in me to put myself out there like that. It's excruciating, soul destroying."- more on this story

Stop the Plain White T's
PR reports: Plain White T's fans new and old get ready for a release you must add to your collection. On November 6, 2007 Fearless Records will be re-releasing STOP, the Plain White T's original full-length album. The STOP reissue is fully remastered and includes three never-heard tracks from the band's previous studio sessions and new artwork.

Singer Tom Higgenson explains that, "STOP is more of a diary to me than a cd. This collection of songs is 100% auto-biographical to my life in 2001-2002. I was going through my first serious relationship, and STOP chronicles all the ups and downs that came along with that. We recorded it in our friend Wes' basement in Lombard, IL- the suburb of Chicago that Dave and I grew up in. The recording is very raw, but I like to think that gives it some character! And after all, in the end it's not about how good the recording is, it's all about the songs. I truly believe that some of the best songs I have ever written are on this album. So quit reading and enjoy our very first release on Fearless Records, and one of my personal favorites- STOP."- tracklisting
