Priest Threatens Madonna
Gigwise reports: A Dutch priest has admitted making a hoax bomb threat to stop a Madonna concert. Madonna's 'Confessions on a Dancefloor' tour has caused worldwide controversy because of the mock crucifixion featured in the act.

Earlier concerts in Italy and Germany were the sources of much protest, with shows in Amsterdam taking place on Sunday and Monday. Police say that they received a hoax call about the Dutch shows and managed to trace the number back to the priest.[see full story for more]- Click Here for the Full Story

50 Cent Arrested
TMZ reports: TMZ has confirmed that rapper 50 Cent (aka Curtis Jackson) was arrested around 2:00PM Friday afternoon in Manhattan. Law enforcement officials in an unmarked car pulled over the star's silver Lamborghini at the corner of 8th Ave. and 35th Ave. in Midtown New York after they say he made an unsafe lane change.

Police tell TMZ they removed Fiddy from his car and cuffed him in front of several witnesses. Because of the crowd that began gathering around the scene, cops determined it to be an unsafe situation so they took him to a police station down the street from the scene.

Police issued 50 four summons: one for an unsafe lane change, one because his driver's license had expired, one because his Lambo is unregistered with the state and another because the car is also uninsured. He was issued the tickets and released.[see full story for more]- Click Here for the Full Story

Pink Floyd Bastard
Gigwise reports: Scissor Sisters singer Jake Shears has branded David Gilmour a 'bastard' for pulling out of a duet between the pair. The Pink Floyd legend was supposed to perform the classic 'Comfortably Numb' with Shears in New York - a song which Scissor Sisters covered in 2004 - but apparently cancelled it at the last minute.

He tells Uncut Magazine: "Earlier this year, David Gilmour told my manager that he wanted me to sing 'Comfortably Numb' with him at Radio City Music Hall for two shows.

"So I was practising it and doing my vocal exercises to it, but the day before the gig they decided not to have any guests. They canned me. Bastards! It was one of the worst things you can do to anybody. I kind of hate him for it.[see full story for more]- Click Here for the Full Story
