Krokus
Member Stranded |
sleazeroxx.com reports: [An oops story about
Krokus on their current European tour. Here is a small part, check the
full story for it all] .The tour bus driver Andrea stops at the Tuelso
Nord exit gas station to use the bathroom and to get a cup of coffee. Marc
was awake and used the opportunity to step off the bus himself stretching
a little, then heading for the bathroom himself, without telling the driver,
assuming she would drink the coffee inside the truck stop/gas station (instead
the driver took it on board, driving towards the German border). On his
way out, Marc was recognized by a couple of KROKUS fans, involving him
into a conversation and asking for autographs. Accommodating as he is and
focused on his fans, he did not realize at this time that the tour bus
had taken off without him.- Click

Kingsbury
Debut |
PR reports: Kingsbury represents the some
of the most multi-layered, dynamic, and inspiring music coming for the
thriving central Florida music scene. After 3 years, 2 EPs, and one year
in the studio, the band is ready to release The Great Compromise on January
23, 2007
On their debut full-length record The Great
Compromise, Kingsbury have found the perfect balance between sonic adventurism
and flawless, immediate song writing. Much like intelligent rock forefathers
Radiohead, Pink Floyd, and Wilco, Kingsbury have created much more then
a great set of songs. They've created an incredible record that yearns
to be listened to from start to finish, and has the timeless quality that
makes great albums.

Bill
Wyman Concert CD |
MVD reports: Bill Wyman - Rhythm Kings: Struttin'
Our Stuff will be released on 11/21. This album was recorded at a TV concert
show in Baden-Baden Germany on April 26th 2000. It has been remastered
and features an additional bonus track from the DVD. Wyman played bass
with the Rolling Stones for thirty years and is still eager to play funky
rhythm and blues. Together with his star-studded and enthusiastic band
- the Rhythm Kings - he enjoys the Good Old Times live. You almost could
name this release 'Greatest Hits' and how should this sound? Airy and filigree
- Stereo and Multi Channel. Multi Channel? Sure, it needs to be a Hybrid
SACD. Bill Wyman Rhythm Kings "Struttin' Our Stuff" offers all of this
for a standard CD price.- Click

Meat
Loaf Punk'd |
Celebrity Week reports: Meat Loaf got the
shock of his career yesterday when he was asked about eating his own feces
during a media conference call.
The rocker was chatting with reporters
about his new CD Bat Out Of Hell III (drops October 31) when a caller inquired
about the meaning behind lyrics to one of his songs. "I will never argue
with your interpretation," the singer reponded at which point Kembrew McLeod
of Little Village Magazine shot back: "It's telling me I need to run out
in the street and take off my clothes and roll around in my own feces...
Have you ever tasted your own feces? Do you know what it is like to hold
your own feces?" Shocked and confused, the star retorted "I'm not going
to roll around on the ground with you" before abruptly dumping the call.
As it turns out, McLeod is an Associate
Professor of Communications at The University of Iowa - and a longtime
prankster.[see full story for more including audio on the interview]-
