He recently took on the task as editor of the relaunched ThrashPit.com but still keeps up with cool indie bands with his Hensch's Hometown Heroes series on antiMusic. His first concert was Blink-182 and Green Day when he was in 7th grade. He lists Shadows Fall, YOB, Enslaved, Mastodon, Nile, Ogre, Dresden Dolls, Blood Brothers, Pig Destroyer, Indian as his Top 10 Favorite artist.
