Bell is set to perform on Friday, March 17th at the Continental Club (located at 1315 S. Congress Avenue). Show time is at 7 p.m.
He will perform on Saturday, March 18th at Opal Divine's Freehouse (700 W. 6th Street) for the Ponderosa Stomp Party at SXSW. The event is scheduled to begin at 3 p.m. There'll be a silent auction for the New Orleans Musician's Clinic, a non-profit organization that assists artists impacted by last year's deadly storm in the Crescent City. The Ponderosa Stomp is being previewed in Austin this year due to lingering devastation from Hurricane Katrina (a 3-day festival will take place in Memphis from May 8-10). Bell says he's proud to be part of the Austin festivities--designed to provide show-stopping entertainment while helping folks from the Big Easy who are in need. - Click here for the Full Story
