Lindsay Lohan Hospitalized
antiMusic reports: Lindsay Lohan was hospitalized on Monday night following an asthma attack. The pop singer/actress was in Miami after hosting a New Year's Eve party and is being treated in an area hospital according to her publicist.

Lohan's publicist Leslie Sloane Zelnick told MTV that Lohan had been diagnosed with bronchial asthma as a child but has not had an attack in several years. [see full story for more]- Click Here for the Full Story

50 Cent Protest
Gigwise reports: The UK Advertising Standards Authority has ruled that a poster of 50 Cent for his film �Get Rich Or Die Tryin' condoned gun crime.

Pissed Peas Fans
Contact Music reports: The promoters of a cancelled New Year's Eve (31DEC05) street party in Los Angeles are being sued by disgruntled BLACK EYED PEAS fans who feel the show should have gone on.

Organisers of the Giant Village event were forced to scrap the multi-stage show due to torrential rain.

A group of music fans who were left with no party to go to on New Year's Eve are planning to file a class action lawsuit, claiming promoters promised them the show would go on "come rain or shine." Clear Channel Vs City
FMQB reports: Clear Channel Entertainment must go to court in California over charges of racketeering and claims of improper usage of funds at the Shoreline Ampitheatre in Mountain View, CA. According to the Bay Area newspaper the Mercury News, the concert division of Clear Channel (recently spun off as Live Nation) will go to trial over the city's claims, ruled Judge William Elfving. Motley Movie In The Works
Blabbermouth reports: MÖTLEY CRÜE is back on the road and planning to record a new studio album this year. But the CRÜE's other major project, a film adaptation of its 2002 autobiography, "The Dirt: Confessions of the World's Most Notorious Rock Band", is still in the works. Bassist Nikki Sixx told Launch the movie is making significant progress. "The movie is getting some legs," he said. "The script's done. I mean, the people in Hollywood, the movie companies, are just freaking out over the script. They love it. Rick Wilkes wrote it, who wrote the 'XXX' movie."
