Rocco & Kiefer The Movie
PR reports: First Independent Pictures and Jude Cole and Kiefer Sutherland's Ironworks Music officially announced a distribution deal for the rock documentary, I Trust You To Kill Me. The film, which marks Sutherland's first appearance in a feature documentary, will be released in selected theaters in New York (9/8), Los Angeles (9/15) and San Francisco (9/29) and features the first artist signed to Ironworks Music, Rocco DeLuca and The Burden. Sutherland, along with the film's director, Manu Boyer will be in attendance to celebrate the first two opening nights of the film in New York and will partake in a Q&A immediately following the film at select nights in each city (details are below). James Brown Arena
AP reports: Musicians performing in the hometown of James Brown may soon be getting a reminder that they're in the stomping grounds of the Godfather of Soul.

blabbermouth.net reports: MORDICHRIST, the Swedish black metal band featuring DARK FUNERAL guitarist Chaq Mol, has set "Dressed In Menace" as the title of its upcoming limited-edition seven-inch single, due in September via Danza Ipnotica. PR reports: US crossover thrashers Municipal Waste were yesterday prevented from flying from their hometown in Richmond, Virginia to play a series of festival shows in the UK. The band appeared at the check-in desk for their US AIRWAYS flight US3224, but were stopped from boarding, with the reason given being due to 'heightened security measures.' 

Undeterred, and eager not to disappoint their UK fans at their upcoming Reading and Leeds festival shows, Municipal Waste rescheduled their flight for today and are expected to arrive in the UK on Thursday 24th August and head directly to their first show in Exeter.- Click Here for the Full Story

Damiera Find Equal Vision

Kaura Land Tool Gig
PR reports: Berkeley based rock band, Kaura have been added to TOOL's Sacramento show on September 2nd with ISIS at the Sleep Train Amphitheater. Opening for one of the biggest and most respected rock bands today is not an easy task for an unsigned band, but Kaura is not your average band. The band recently got back from traveling to India, Nepal, Cambodia, Thailand, Bali, and Laos collecting instruments that they incorporate into their melodic and epic rock sound. They documented the entire trip on video which was recently released on DVD.
