Legged Dio |
sleazeroxx.com reports: 3 Legged Dogg inks
a deal for USA and Europe. Featuring Carlos Cavazo (Quiet Riot), Jimmy
Bain (Dio, Rainbow), Chas West (Bonham, Lynch Mob), Brian Young (David
Lee Roth), and Vinny Appice (Dio, Ozzy, Black Sabbath), 3 Legged Dogg is
a band whos combined members sold over 15 million records!
The band came together when former DIO
bandmates Jimmy Bain and Vinny Appice talked about forming a new powerhouse
band to continue the musical assault! After hearing vocalist Chas West's
hell raising vocals and guitarist Brian Young's ripping guitar sounds one
night at a jam in Hollywood the foundation was formed! Good friend guitar
shredder Carlos Cavazo joined forces to complete the band and a 3 Legged

Picket
Line Parking Lots |
PR reports: Picket Line is perhaps the only
band on the road today with its own self-sufficient traveling venue. Gaining
a name for themselves by performing their on-the-spot live shows across
the country, this band can pull over to the side of the road, drop the
side of their van into a fully powered stage, flip the switch and electrify
whatever audience is present with their own brand of progressive Indie-Rock.
Said by some to have aspects of Screamo and Hardcore in the mix, Picket
Line is definitely making a statement not only with their ingenious mode
of transportation, but with their own defined and original sound as well.
Keep an eye on parking lots, campus fields and record store-fronts near
you... you may be caught unawares, and rocked right there where you stand...

LA's
not working, Let's Try London |
Noble PR reports: The Viper Room's favourite
indie rock trio "The Human Value" are relocating to London from their native
Los Angeles on September 1st. Their first single "Give Me", will be released
by Big Deal Records (distribution by Proper) on Monday September 18th.
The eponymous debut album follows on Monday October 2nd.
Described as "one of the hottest new bands
from America's West Coast," their music has been name-checked alongside
Siouxsie & The Banshees, Talking Heads, Blondie and The Ramones; evocative
of everything good about the 80's driving beat, dark synths, smouldering
vocals, set against a seductive new killer sound.

UK tour which kicks off in London September 4th see the full story link.
