(KNAC) In a show-stopping, legendary moment, Pearl Jam was joined by Robert Plant on stage at House of Blues Chicago during an intimate concert event which raised more than $1 million to benefit hurricane disaster relief funds. The show featured individual sets by Pearl Jam and Robert Plant and the Strange Sensation, ending in an encore performance of Neil Young's "Rockin' In The Free World."

One hundred percent of the net proceeds from the show, which took place October 5, will benefit American Red Cross, Habitat for Humanity, Jazz Foundation of America and the New Orleans Musicians' Clinic (two organizations working together to assist displaced local musicians with housing, employment options, health care and replacement of lost instruments).[see full story for more including a photo of PJ and RP jamming] - Click here for the Full Story
