(FMQB) In the latest chapter of the ongoing story of Sony BMG's flawed copy-protection software, New York Attorney General Eliot Spitzer is calling for retailers to immediately pull the albums off their shelves. Spitzer also chided stores for not yanking the CDs before the Christmas shopping season began.

According to Business Wire, Spitzer's office sent investigators out to buy the specific CDs in question after Sony BMG's recall had been enacted.
