(Aversion) A District Court judge ruled that the surviving members of The MC5 did not violate trademark laws as alleged by the band's singer's widow.

Judge John J. Feikens of the Eastern Michigan court district dismissed a suit against the band filed in the name of its founding singer, Robert Derminer (real name: Rob Tyner).
