Rapper Vs IRS
Contact Music reports: Imprisoned rapper MYSTIKAL is facing more legal woes, after being hit with charges of failing to file his federal income tax returns.

The SHAKE YA ASS rapper, who is currently behind bars for sexual battery, is charged with two counts of not filing his tax returns for 1998 and 1999, when his gross income was $824,915 (GBP458,286) and $930,953 (GBP517,196), respectively.

Mystikal, real name MICHAEL TYLER, faces up to a year in prison on each count if he is convicted, reports Allhiphop.com.[see full story for more]- Click Here for the Full Story

Audio Aggression reports: Green Day's concert last night in Dayton, OH and tonight's in Nashville, TN, have been postponed after frontman Billie Joe Armstrong came down with an unspecified illness. RIAA Sued By Mom
FMQB reports: The RIAA is being taken to court for the first time by one of the many people it has filed suit against for file-sharing. While the other cases have all been settled out of court, single mom Patricia Santangelo is taking the RIAA to trial. She claims that the file-sharing program on her computer was not used by her or her family, but by a friend of one of her children. Santangelo told The Journal News, "I am still nervous about the whole thing. I just got so aggravated about how threatening they were." She added, "I didn't do anything wrong. Why should I pay them?"[see

Bauhaus Reunion Tour
liveDaily reports: Earlier this year, seven years after the group last got together for a tour, original Bauhaus members Peter Murphy, David J, Daniel Ash and Kevin Haskins reunited to play the Coachella festival in California. Now the band is planning a major tour, and possibly a new album.

Blabbermouth reports: Cosmic rockers NEBULA have completed their much-anticipated follow-up to "Atomic Ritual". The band enlisted the help of producer Daniel Rey (THE RAMONES, MISFITS) to record "the most dynamic and diverse NEBULA opus yet," according to a press release. Fenix TX Reunite
press release reports: In 2002, FENIX TX stunned fans by announcing during a performance in Portland that the band was breaking up. Now, three years later at the urging of friends and fans, FENIX TX is reuniting for two Arizona dates. The band will record a live album, a first for the group that formed in 1995.
