Just hours prior to the album's release the 21-year-old posted what looks like a screen shot off a phone on Instagram showing the iTunes top songs chart. Naturally Adele is at number one, but Bieber is hot on her tail holding the next three spots with "Sorry," "What Do You Mean?" and "I'll Show You." The singer captioned the photo, "Hello Adele." See it below.
But predictably, Bieber's Purpose has bumped Adele's 25 to the No.2 spot on the album iTunes chart. Months of anticipation have been leading up to the release of Bieber's fourth album.
Bieber recently announced a North American tour which will kick on March 9, 2016 in Seattle. The huge tour is will wrap at Madison Square Garden in New York City on July 18, 2016. Stream the album here.
Questlove took to Twitter to share his true feelings about "that fish." The drummer and regular DJ at the Brooklyn Bowl shared that Prince once kicked him off a DJ gig and chose to play Finding Nemo instead. He tagged the post with #EffThatFish and #FindingDory.
It's all in good fun of course, but hopefully Questlove will share more stories about Prince choosing other entertainment options over him. Do we smell a new version of "True Hollywood Stories" in the making? Read his tweet here.
Tomlinson, who wrote the song, described the inspiration for the song that he looks forward to performing. "'Love You Goodbye' is probably the most personal for me," Tomlinson said in a video posted to the band's Twitter account. "It was one of those moments when the song was starting to come together, you felt a real excitement for it."
He went on to describe the feeling he tried to convey in the song, which concerns matters of the heart. "Just the idea of the song is interesting to me, he continued. "Everybody has that time after a break-up that you do have to see your ex again, and it's kind of about that. We've been kinda waiting for that song really. It would be a good one to perform for sure." Read more here.
One of his new fans is Sara Bareilles, who posted a clip of herself singing "Tennessee Whiskey." The song was originally recorded by David Allan Coe and later covered by George Jones, but is regaining recognition after being included on Traveller.
Bareilles wrote on Facebook: "I literally can't stop listening and now I am singing it all day long. Tennessee Whiskey. Oof. Forgive me for indulging' Chris Stapleton."
Stapleton reposted the clip, writing, "Wow! Now I literally can't stop listening (to you)." Check it out here.
In the video below, Carrie asks her son to give her a kiss. He obliges but "slobbers" all over mommy in the process. "I don't mind!" she tells him before going in for another smooch.
Carrie married NHL player Mike Fisher in 2010 and the pair welcomed their first child, Isaiah, in February. "I never dreamt of my wedding day and the perfect guy," she told People. "Then I met Mike, and I was like, 'Wow, so now I know what I was missing.' And the same with my son. I was never like, 'I want kids so bad.' And now that I have Isaiah in my life, I'm like, 'What did I do before?'" Check out her post here.
"Nothing changed for the sake of change. It changed because it was the right way to go. This is the first time I've co-produced. Half the songs on the record were written by me, Corey (Crowder) and Josh (Hoge). That became the nucleus of this record, and that was really different for me."
The album's title track features a music video with a female co-star who sends plenty of steamy selfies that make her impossible to forget. "'I'm Comin' Over' describes that feeling when you can't get someone off your mind and you just have to be with them no matter the consequences," says Young.
The single is also a sonic bridge to where Young is going musically. 'It's a bridge between what I sounded like on the last record and what we've done on this one," said Young. "It's not like I went out and just completely blew up everything I was doing, but there's obviously a lot more loops. There's a lot more stuff that we created in pre-production and brought into the studio along with the musicians. I think that this song is a really good introduction of what you'll hear on the rest of this record. There's R&B elements that we brought into some of the songs, and you definitely hear that on top of the second verse. It's really simple. It's really short, just a tiny, little moment, but it's definitely stuff that we wouldn't have done in the past." Read more here.
This all takes place with some of Drake's biggest tearjerker songs playing in the background naturally. Created by Ashten "Whoopi" Winger, the point of the game is to keep Drake's more emo side out of the rap game by preventing his tears from affecting his music.
According to the iTunes description, Drizzy is pouring his Tearz into the rap game and you must stop him before it's TOO LATE! Tap the Tearz to stop him from crying and don't let them reach the bottom of the screen! Read more here.
It all started when Aaron Carter posted a video on Instagram. The quick clip shows the singer jamming to a familiar beat in his home studio. At first the singer did not caption the post and Deamau5 fans began calling Carter out for using the EDM producer's 2012 track "The Veldt."
After the backlash began, Carter captioned the photo writing, "Quick fingers!! Ten minute beat and already sequenced yes it's a veldt remix smh people and your comments lol @deadmau5."
It was a little too late. Deadmau5 tweeted Carter, 'Y u do this?," to which the the singer replied, 'I do remix THIS morning and everyone hood on my st wtf lol homage to @deadmau5 don't hate appreciate."
Next Deadmau5 stepped up challenging the 27-year-old pop singer to a game of Counter-Strike: Global Offensive. He tweeted, "alright @aaroncarter let's settle this like men. 1v1, CS:GO aim map.winner gets remix rights, loser cleans winners house, dead serious."
Later Carter simply tweeted that he was going to meet up with his brother Nice in the studio and Deadmau5 replied with, "you dont have time for that s-t. better get on CS and get practicing. you have less than a week."

"Before, I was writing about my life at that moment, and the years prior, and now I am living a completely different lifestyle," Hunt explains to Rolling Stone Country. "I am trying to draw inspiration from that, but it's pretty much been stages and hotel rooms for the past two years. So I'm trying to figure out right now exactly what I want to say, and what I want my voice to be for the second record."
Due to his touring schedule, Hunt only recently got back to songwriting in preparation for the follow up to his 2014 Montevallo album. "As much as I enjoy traveling and playing on stage as an artist, I really find my true sense of purpose in a room writing a song," he says. "That's something I have missed, because I haven't figured out how to write on the road. I realized after writing songs for years how important it is. Whether it provides a living for me or not, that creative outlet is something I need." Read more here.
