The video cuts between a nerdy teenager sitting in the back of a classroom, and Church, wearing sunglasses and playing guitar, sitting in the very same spot. The teenager is less a younger version of Church than a representation of oddballs everywhere. 'Hey there, weird kid in your high-top shoes / Sitting in the back of the class; I was just like you," Church sings.
Listing a range of influences, including Elvis Costello and Jeff Tweedy, Church suggests that listening to non-mainstream music made him "Mr. Misunderstood," influencing the musician he would become while making it difficult to get through those key years where conformity seemed closer to a survival skill.
Still, all's well that end's well, as Church and his band teach the teenager how to play guitar and take him along to one of their gigs. It's no surprise, then, when the teenager ends up replacing Church at the end, fronting the band and taking his place in the spotlight. Watch the video here.
The video's star is nine year old child actress/dancer Mahiro Takano who was filmed in Chiba, Japan. The video was directed by Sia and Daniel Askill, the same creative team behind the videos for 'Chandelier," 'Elastic Heart" and 'Big Girls Cry."
"Alive" is the lead single from Sia's forthcoming album This Is Acting which will be released on January 29th. The track was written with Adele, and was originally intended to appear on her forthcoming album 25. Watch the video here.
L.A. Leakers dropped a super track via their Soundcloud page. "Ball Like This" features not one, not two, but three big rap names: Future, Wiz Khalifa and Kid Ink. The track focuses on growing up in South Central L.A. "You don't know what it takes to ball like this," Future repeats throughout it.
L.A. Leakers wrote in a statement accompanying "Ball Like This." "This is a record that's been in the making for quite some time. We sat in countless studio sessions with Future, Wiz, Ink, Salva, Mike N Keys, DJ Khalil, Jaycen Joshua, etc. and worked on this record until we feel we had it where we wanted it to be."

Tentatively titled Amy Winehouse, the film has not yet been sold, but reports show major interest, especially following the recent documentary hit, Amy, which investigates the singer's troubled life and focuses especially on her relationship with her father.
Reports state that Winehouse's father is also pursuing a separate project about his daughter. Rapace rose to fame in The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo and more recently appeared in Prometheus. She's no stranger to the music scene though. Three years ago, she starred in the Rolling Stones' music video for "Doom and Gloom," which you can watch here.
Big K.R.I.T. rose to fame on the strength of several mixtapes before he released his full-length debut studio album Live from the Underground in 2012, and followed up that success with Cadillactica in 2014.
He hinted at this year's BET Hip-Hop Awards that new music was on its way, and by new he very possibly meant old. All My Life comprises mastered tracks from early on in the rapper's career, and showcases his talent from the very get-go. Stream the new track here.
Jay's confidence was still high as he proclaimed he was the "Jordan of rap." Carter also claims he's the dopest person out, second only to Jesus Christ. He does show some concern about where he is in his career when he questions, "Have I truly arrived or am I somewhere between?"

While recently speaking with The Huffington Post, the singer/actor explained the very magical story, which centers around Israeli illusionist Uri Geller.
"We saw him in the U.K., and this is when we were obviously establishing *NSYNC, and he goes, 'I see something. It has to do with suns or stars or something with astronomy in your career,'" Fatone remembers. "And it's funny, a year later when we did the first album, for America, they had a star in it." The song, which is reminiscent of Marvin Gaye's "Sexual Healing," features the lyrics "I knew you got work pretty early / I'll be around about 3:30 / You're usually done by 1 / So baby when I wake you up / Just let me ride / I'm gonna sex you back to sleep girl / Don't say a word no."
The singer has been steadily giving fans a taste of his new album. In September Brown released the epic nine-minute music video for "Liquor" and "Zero." Last month, he also released the track "Gravity."
Breezy teased the new song on Twitter earlier in the day and followed it up with a Soundcloud link to "Sex You Back to Sleep." Listen to the song and see his tweets here.
The series of scathing tweets began with then comment, "Kesha can't legally put music out unless she makes it under complete control of a man who raped her at 18." From there, Pebe Sebert tweeted:
This man warned, if she did not do what she was told, he would tie her up in litigations until she was 'too old' to make a record. I was there. I heard him say this to her, after he told her she was nothing without him! Sony supports the rapist. The rapist is doing exactly what he warned he would do. And that is the reason Kesha can not give her sweet ANIMALS new music. If someone signs a contract to become someone's slave, is slavery then legal? Maybe it time we STOP SUPPORTING COMPANIES, whose only moral compass is $$$? We can change the world by not buying the products sold by unethical companies. Then they change, or go out of business."
Kesha first filed a lawsuit against Dr. Luke in October 2014, accusing him of abuse in a sexual, emotional, and verbal nature for over ten years. Dr. Luke countered with a defamation lawsuit that also named Pebe Sebert. Kesha eventually added Sony in the suit alleging they knowingly "forced an abusive relationship" between Dr. Luke and herself. Read more and see the tweet here.
