The In Da Club hitmaker took aim at West over his plans to tour with the Poker Face singer, telling New York radio host Angie Martinez that the hip-hop star targets the gay community to sell records. He quipped, "I have nothing against them, but he's cool with them. He goes, drops his video off to them. Remember 808s & Heartbreak? Where'd he premiere it? Ellen DeGeneres. He went there to premiere his video. He's conscious of the gay community and wants them to buy his CDs."

Police say one of the musician's Brooklyn neighbors was arrested and the sword was recovered Sunday morning. Major Mackerel was hospitalized for several hours. He left the hospital with bandages crowning his dreadlocks and wrapped around his left hand, wrist and elbow.
- But what prompted this attack?

On Tuesday's edition of So You Think You Can Dance, a female contestant was told that she'd made it to the next stage and promptly fell to the floor where she demonstrated to the judges and viewers that she had either a) forgotten to wear any knickers, b) was wearing the world's most chronically inoperative pair of knickers or c) invested in a pair of knickers designed to look exactly like her own bare vagina. Now commentators are predicting a wave of fines for Fox, which broadcasts So You Think You Can Dance, much in the vein of the fines following Janet Jackson's nipple flash at the Super Bowl in 2004. However, it's likely that any fines doles out would be much smaller because So You Think You Can Dance attracts a smaller audience than the Super Bowl, because it's unclear whether or not the contestant was actually wearing undergarments and because Justin Timberlake's gimpish face wasn't contorted into a twisted display of perverted glee this time around.

This is a terrible position we find ourselves in, but we cannot allow the estate attorneys to destroy the charity, nor will we just hand over the responsibility of actualizing our work to people we cannot be certain have the character to develop and preserve it. HTWF stands by its claims and its actions, all of which have been to preserve and protect Mr. Jackson's humanitarian legacy, and we emphatically deny these nefarious and misleading accusations. With deep disappointment, Melissa Johnson - President of Heal The World Foundation
The ballroom dancer denied being racist after an exchange "in jest" with Laila Rouass during training for the show. The News of the World said he used the slur two weeks ago after the Footballers' Wives actress had a spray tan before filming.
Spanning the musical universe from Elvis Perkins to John Doe & Kathleen Edwards, Nikka Costa to The Pretenders and Raphael Saadiq to Richie Havens, the CD features 20 songs from the noncommercial station's famed Studio A. The CD is available with WFUV membership at www.wfuv.org.
Produced by Matt Grabe (The Maine, A Rocket to the Moon), the album has additional production by Matt Squire (3OH!3, Taking Back Sunday, Panic at the Disco) and also features a track co-written with Dave Katz and Sam Hollander (Metro Station, Boys Like Girls, and Gym Class Heroes). The infectious sound of The Summer Set's power hooks, swirling synth lines, and catchy lyrics is apparent on the first single "Chelsea," which is currently available on iTunes.
Currently the 4th most added on AAA radio, Erin is thrilled to engage fans with a Twitter radio contest. Before each appearance, she will tweet a word or phrase on her Twitter page. The first person to respond via Twitter when she says it on the air will win a pair of tickets to the show of their choice. See below for full tour and radio dates. During the four-part "Cabin Fever" series, Erin performed Hundreds Of Lions, in full, at her intimate riverside cottage. The concerts were streamed live online for a group of lucky fans who purchased "tickets" for the web-based events that included song requests, conversation and special guests Sonya Kitchell, Kris Delmhorst and Garrison Starr.
