MC Hammer Cousin Accused of Rape

KPIX-TV reports that 33-year-old Marvin Grant was arrested for investigation of rape Thursday in the sexual assault of a 40-year-old woman who arranged to meet him at a Livermore hotel Wednesday night.

Livermore Police Lt. Matt Sarsfield says the two developed a romantic relationship over e-mails and phone calls.

Jessica Biel Gets Musical

The band, whose last studio album was 2006's Yes, Virginia, announced they would be taking a hiatus in 2008, right around the time Palmer released her solo album, Who Killed Amanda Palmer?.

Decoder Ring Return With New Album

They Blind the Stars, and the Wild Team, a double album, was more than two years in the making and Decoder Ring's first since 2006's critically acclaimed, Somersault (OTS).
