Social Distortion, X and Rocket from the Crypt are set to headline the inaugural Little Steven's Underground Garage Cruise in May 2025.

It'll be a trip to the Bahamas like there's never been when Little Steven's Underground Garage Cruise sails from Miami to Nassau aboard the Norwegian Cruise Line ship Norwegian Gem! Headliners for the floating garage rock festival will be Social Distortion, X and Rocket from the Crypt. There'll also be a huge helping of other exciting acts on hand to keep the ship rocking, among them legendary players like guitarist Lenny Kaye, known for his work with Patti Smith; singer Mark Lindsay of '60s pop stars Paul Revere & the Raiders; The Baseball Project which counts among its members Mike Mills and Peter Buck of R.E.M. fame; long running San Francisco rock band the Flamin' Groovies; Linda Gail Lewis, sister of the late rock 'n' roll founding father Jerry Lee Lewis and Slim Jim Phantom of Stray Cats fame. Also scheduled to appear are the Dollyrots, Supersuckers, the Woggles, the Coolies, the Cocktail Slippers, the Untamed Youth, the Fleshtones, the Chesterfield Kings, Steve Wynn & the Miracle 3, Reverend Horton Heat, Low Cut Connie, Old 97s, Los Straitjackets, the Dictators, the Minus 5, Deke Dickerson, the Grip Weeds, the Neanderthals, Goons! and the Sound Minds. The inimitable Michael Des Barres will be the Master of Ceremonies for the cruise which will also feature a host of DJs from Little Steven's Underground Garage on SiriusXM including Palmyra Delran, Kelly Ogden, The Mighty Manfred and Count Peter Zaremba.

The "hullabaloo on the high seas" will find shows playing out five different stages and feature most acts performing more than one time. There'll be meet-and-greets and autograph sessions, multi-artists shows, unexpected collaborations, Renegade Cinema film screenings and tattoo artists. The Norwegian Gem offers all the amenities you could want from a cruise ship: Spa, casino, swimming pool and hot tubs, sports court, a walking/jogging track and lots more.
