The inaugural Art-In-Action camp is being called the "Warped Tour of Summer Camps" and for those who wish to follow their passion in action sports, music, digital media and more, that's probably a pretty good description. The event, which takes place in Woodward, Pennsylvania (about an hour away from Harrisburg, Altoona or Hershey) is put on by the folks at Loyal to the Craft, whose founder Mike Ciprari says, "As a teenager music, arts and action sports were my greatest inspirations. I dedicated myself to the scene, following the Vans Warped Tour, setting up a booth to showcase my drum brand, and forging connections along the way. Now, being able to create an epic week bringing back that same type of community to the next generation of kids is truly a dream come true. My goal is for campers to build lifelong relationships and leave equipped with the tools, knowledge and motivation to pursue their dreams relentlessly." And there will certainly be ample opportunity for campers to do just that; here are some of the luminaries who'll be in attendance that campers can interact with.
Also appearing will be Ekoh who has a unique sound that blends hip-hop with alt rock and everything in-between, a vibe that is earning him a loyal following as he takes that scene by storm. Says Ekoh, "My music is about embracing real life; the struggle, the good times, the frustration, the anger and the heartache. It's all real because it's all true. I have felt and experienced it all."
Art-In-Action Camp attendees will be able to have a full week of fun while also gaining knowledge that will further their career objectives. For more information and to register for the camp go here.
