Do you hear that? Well you won't hear any extraneous noise when you're using London earbuds, the new true wireless, Bluetooth, Active Noise Cancelation earbuds from hip Swedish company Urbanista. But you will hear your music, or podcast or movie in stellar sound. And travelers will love that London earbuds are housed in a tiny charging case that fits unobtrusively in your pocket, purse, backpack or just about anywhere. Besides the normal features such as selecting a track and changing volume, London earbuds can be used to accept and reject calls and even access Siri. If you need to talk to someone, pop out just one earbud and the program you're listening to will stop so you don't miss anything. Earbuds will play for five hours on one charge and the charging case, when fully charged, holds 25-hours so you won't have to plug in constantly. And maybe coolest of all, various colors are available; we are kind of partial to 'Dark Sapphire!' For pricing and more information go here.
What's that smell? It may be coming from your own feet or the feet of someone you're traveling with and Sprayzee can help with their Shoe Deodorizer. Available in Power Mint scent in a four ounce spritzer bottle (or smaller travel size) and containing absolutely no chemicals, Sprayzee Shoe Deodorizer will de-stink your shoes (best if given overnight to do so) and is so safe you can even spray it directly on your feet. So that means you can also use it on other potentially stinky things like boxing gloves, gym bag, trash can, in the sink, helmets and pads, in the car; you name it. Sprayzee also has a Toilet Deodorizer that can be spritzed into the toilet before you go to trap odor under the water, or spritz it into the air to banish nasty odors. Again with this one, you can use it virtually anywhere there's an odor problem. Toilet Deodorizer comes in a citrus scent. And if you find a stink that Sprayzee can't handle (unlikely) you can return it for a full refund. To see all of the odor fighters that Sprayzee offers go here.
One of the most fun things about traveling is taking pictures. And if you take those pictures with your phone, you know that it can sometimes be difficult to "get a grip" for that perfect shot or selfie. That problem is solved with the Clckr Universal Phone Grip & Stand. An easy to install device that's compatible with just about every phone, the Clckr grip gives you a solid hold on your phone so that you not only hold it steady but you won't drop it; it's a major improvement over the "pop out" buttons that are in wide use today. And, because of where on the back of your phone you're going to attach the Clckr grip, you can also use it as a stand. Want to watch a movie? The Clckr acts as a stand in the "landscape" position. If you're going to be on a video call and don't want to hold your phone the whole time, the Clckr also functions as a stand in the "portrait" position. You'll have hands-free video watching and calling to go along with the ability to browse, text and take selfies with one hand. Find more information here.
Okay, you know how young kids are fascinated with gross things? Well this toy from Goliath Games will have kids ages four and up howling with delight. The idea behind the game is summed up on the box; "Feed and walk your little pup, when he makes a mess, you clean it up!" So the kiddos will insert a "food pellet" (a soft foam pellet about the size of an ear plug) into the doggie's mouth. Then players spin a spinner that tells them how many times they can squeeze the leash handle, a cute device that pumps air into the dog. Eventually the air pushes the food pellet out, now it is doo. Whichever player gets the doo to come out (it's just the same soft pellet) cleans it up with a provided shovel and they get a token. Whichever player gets three tokens first wins the game. Good clean fun for the kiddos and for the youngest, they'll learn a bit about why they'll have to pick up after their real dog someday. Parents of course, can pop open a bottle of wine while the children are busily playing. More information is here.
