This special international edition of Sites & Sounds looks at some fun out-of-country music events coming up in Mexico and at sea in the Caribbean.

Tropical Nights Presents an "International Incident"
February 19 - 23, Riviera Maya, Mexico

The String Cheese Incident headlines this five-day event that takes place at the brand new all-inclusive Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya (near Playa del Carmen, south of Cancun.) SCI will play three shows during International Incident, each consisting of two sets. Also appearing will be EOTO, the Kyle Hollingsworth Band, Prophet Massive, The Motet and Jamie Janover. Also on offer will be various opportunities to hang out with or go on adventures with members of SCI and The Motet. Tropical Nights Presents "Boots in the Sand"
February 23 - 27, Riviera Maya, Mexico

This country music blow-out starring Dierks Bentley also takes place at the Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya. Also appearing with Bentley will be Brantley Gilbert, Billy Currington and Jana Kramer. The artists will be having plenty of fun when not on stage and fans can join in (at an additional cost) on adventures like scuba diving with Bentley, paddle boarding with Gilbert and participating in a cooking clinic with Kramer. The Moody Blues Cruise
April 2 - 7, Miami, FL

Last year's Moodies cruise sold out so the guys are back for another festival at sea. Taking place aboard the cruise liner MSC Divina, the Moody Blues will be joined by special guests including Roger Daltrey of the Who, Carl Palmer of Emerson, Lake & Palmer, Shawn Phillips, the Zombies, Lighthouse, the Little River Band, Starship and The Orchestra featuring former members of ELO. Strawbs, Joe Williams of Toto, Sound of Contact featuring Simon Collins (son of Phil Collins) and Glass Hammer will also perform as the Divina sails from Miami to Grand Turk Island in the Turks & Caicos and Nassau in the Bahamas. Shows will take place in relatively intimate settings and there will be numerous opportunities for fans to meet the talent. Rounding out the roster are Randy Hansen (Jimi Hendrix tribute), Danny Vaughan (Eagles tribute), Heavy Mellow, Mellow Yellow, Cheap Thrill and the Prog Rock Orchestra. More info here

Cruise to the Edge
April 7 - 12, Miami, FL

Prog rock legends Yes are the stars of this music cruise, also taking place aboard the MSC Divina. This cruise sails from Miami to Isla de Roatan in Honduras and to party island Cozumel in Mexico, loaded with prog rockers like Steve Hackett and his band Genesis Revisited, Marillion, UK with Eddie Jobson, Queensryche, Tangerine Dream featuring Edgar Froese, Renaissance with Annie Haslam, Saga, PFM, Strawbs and Three Friends featuring former members of Gentle Giant. Special events like autograph signing sessions will allow fans to interact with the performers. Rounding out the roster will be The Pineapple Thief, Lifesigns, Stick Men featuring Tony Levin, Soft Machine (Legacy), Electric Asturias, Sound of Contact with Simon Collins, Presto Ballet, Pamela Moore, Moon Safari, Scale the Summit, the Prog Rock Orchestra, Heavy Mellow and Cheap Thrill.
