Last November, Mill was sentenced to 2-4 years in prison due to parole violations, igniting controversy and a public debate about sentencing. The new petition claims that Officer Reginald Graham's testimony in the original trial was not credible.
Graham's name appeared on a list obtained by the Philadelphia Inquirer, of a collection of officers the Philadelphia District Attorney's Office cited as having 'history of lying, racial bias, or brutality." Graham was the sole witness who testified in Meek's original trial.
The petition presents new testimony from witnesses who provide information that contradicts Graham's 2008 testimony. Read more

Friday, Feb, 16: Kendrick Lamar The NBA focus will be on the next generation of great players with the 2018 Mtn Dew Kickstart Rising Stars match-up. Kendrick Lamar will end the night with a live performance after the post-game coverage courtesy of Shaquille O'Neal, Kenny Smith and the rest of the Inside the NBA crew.
Friday night also hosts the annual NBA All-Star Celeb Game, which has just added Justin Bieber and Quavo of Migos among the players. Other music stars slated for the game include Common and Arcade Fire's Win Butler. Coverage begins at 9 p.m. ET/6 p.m. PT on TNT.
Saturday, Feb. 17: The Killers Rock takes center stage on Saturday night, with the band headlining the night with a live performance after Inside the NBA wraps up post-coverage of the State Farm All-Star Saturday Night. With a night loaded with fans favorites including the Taco Bell Skills Challenge, JBL Three-Point Contest, Verizon Slam Dunk, the night should play like a live-action highlight reel until Brandon Flowers and company take the stage. Images from around the hood and at the barber shop are juxtaposed with shots of the rappers standing high atop city buildings while delivering their rhymes. Future, in particular, gets especially loose with his verse, which effectively breaks down into high-pitched gibberish.
The track and video throws a curve-ball in the middle, as the beat shifts dramatically while an onscreen money transaction involving Lamar turns violent.

We were sent the following details: On Thursday, one half of Run The Jewels, rapper/producer EL-P jumped in with Record Store Day's Michael Kurtz and Rick Johnson to announce the RTJ's ambassadorship on SiriusXM's "Feedback" show, which airs on their VOLUME channel The Run The Jewels/SiriusXM broadcast is the first time Record Store Day has ever announced its ambassador on-air.
On-air this morning, EL-P joked when contemplating the string of RSD ambassadors, to-date, "I can't tell you how proud I am to be the least wealthy Record Store Day Ambassador," but then in a more momentous tone, he added, "This is a community that I've always been a part of, so when I was asked to do it, I said 'of course!' I'm honored and it means something to me� I'm really grateful to do this."

West sued the company when it declined to cover costs for his canceled Saint Pablo Tour in 2016. Kanye abandoned the tour and checked into a psychiatric care center following "strained, confused and erratic" behavior.
Lloyd's countersued, claiming that West's alleged use of alcohol and marijuana violated a clause in his contract, and may have been a factor in his apparent breakdown. Kanye's touring company Very Good Entertainment was also named in the suit.
In total, 21 dates of the Saint Pablo Tour were canceled while West underwent psychiatric treatment. The decision came after a controversial rant that saw Kanye lashing out at social media companies, politicians and peers in the music industry--notably JAY-Z.
