Underwood will be releasing the new album, also called "Cry Pretty" on September 14th and it marks her first new studio record to be released under her deal with Capitol Records Nashville.
She had this to say, "At this point in my career, I feel stronger and more creative than ever. I think you can hear that in this new album. It's emotional, it's soulful, it's real, and we also have some fun on there too. I hope everyone loves it as much as I have loved making it."

She will be kicking of the U.S. and Canadian portion of the tour on July 5th at Veterans United Home Loans Amphitheater in Virginia Beach, VA and wrap things up on October 5th in St Louis, MO at the Chaifetz Arena.

It was the summation of most, if not all, of my most hopeful and positive emotions experienced to that date. Funds from Jack Johnson & Friends - a Benefit for the Community will be directed to United Way Thomas Fire & Flood Fund, and to local non-profits working on relief and recovery efforts in Santa Barbara and Ventura Counties. The March 18 concert donated 100% of profits, combined with contributions from the Santa Barbara Bowl Foundation, Goldenvoice/AEG, AXS, local businesses, fan donations, and Johnson's own personal contribution.
