Sheeran actually wrote the tune about three years ago, but he has not yet been approached to contribute. "With Bond, I've had a theme tune written for about three years, just in case," he said during an interview on Ireland's Late Late Show. He then added that he hasn't revealed the song title "'cause someone might steal it."
The yet-untitled 25th James Bond movie is scheduled for release November 8, 2019. If Sheeran's song winds up in the film, he will join a long list of musicians who have contributed themes including Sam Smith, Adele, Chris Cornell, Jack White & Alicia Keys, Madonna and Paul McCartney. Read more

Her now-deleted comment drew mixed responses from her followers and others on social media. Some felt her observation was innocuous, others felt she was "singling out" white rappers. After the controversy, Nicki shared another since-deleted update calling out her "sensitive" critics. "It IS a great time to be a white rapper in America," she wrote. "I wanna sign one for my new label. U know anyone?"
"Whenever a black woman speaks on ANYTHING she's labeled as 'mad' 'angry' 'bitter,'" Nicki wrote. "I'm on 4 songs on the Billboard Hot 100. I'm blessed & highly favored thx to my amazing fans." See the screenshots

Timberlake also secured a trademark for "Fresh Leaves," which per those same docs can be utilized for "hats, robes, shorts, jerseys, long-sleeved t-shirts, and more."
While there is no evidence that these new trademarks are to secure the titles of Timberlake's new album and/or single, the earthy, naturist tone of the terms could indicate the singer is making a pivot to a more rustic sound. Since producers Pharrell Williams and Timbaland are working on the highly anticipated new project, a country album seems unlikely. Read more

"'Marry Me' is one of my favorite tracks on the record," Rhett said in a press release. "It's my big 'what if' song. I wrote it from the perspective of if I had never told my wife how I felt about her all those years ago. I probably would have been sitting at her wedding watching her marry someone else. Heartbreaking thought and thankfully I DID tell her how I felt but it makes for a great song concept that so many people can relate to."
Rhett wrote the heart-rending ballad with longtime collaborators Jesse Frasure, Ashley Gorley and Shane McAnally. Check out the video

"It was down in Louisiana, and it was still on the road. And her and my dad went down, they picked it up, brought it to Nashville, and Christmas Eve night pulled into the driveway with it.
