"In connection with Dr. Luke's defamation claims against Kesha, various third parties are being deposed by both sides, including celebrities. Dr. Luke's counsel served a subpoena on Lady Gaga because she has relevant information regarding, among other things, false statements about Dr. Luke made to her by Kesha," reads a statement from Dr. Luke's attorney. "This motion has become necessary because Dr. Luke's counsel has not been able to obtain, despite repeated request, a deposition date from Lady Gaga."
"As Lady Gaga's legal team will present to the court, she has provided all of the relevant information in her possession and is at most an ancillary witness in this process," a representative for Lady Gaga told Rolling Stone. Read more

But their fortunes soon change as an Elvis impersonator picks them up and whisks them off to Las Vegas for a whole lot of partying. Kelley had a hand in directing the clip, along with TK McKamy. "Obviously, it wasn't just me -- it was a great team.
The day came together amazing; the weather worked out perfect for us," Kelley said. "You have a vision, [and] to see it come to fruition and come to life, it's cool. It's a different creative outlet for me'" Watch the video

"She's everything you hope she's gonna be," Del Rey told KROQ's Stryker of her collaboration this past June. "She's so contemporary, and she knows all the new music that's out weekly. She loved the track and she added so much to it."
In a new interview with morning show hosts Kevin & Bean, Del Rey admits that she was nervous working with her idol, but the two mystical souls ended up being close friends.
"I was more nervous than I thought I would be when she came in," she recalls of the recording session. When asked if Del Rey was able to suppress her nerves, she admitted that a lyric re-do re-triggered her anxiety. "
"I was at first but then she (Nicks) asked me to re-sing something and I got on the microphone in this booth that I'm not usually in--cause I usually just sing in the middle of the room--she just wanted me to do my oos and ahhs over and my first ahh was like (her voice warbles in a feeble attempt to sing the higher register). It was horrific and she didn't even say anything. I had said something stupid like, 'oh God, that sounds so small next to your ahh. And she said, 'That's ok, you can be my little echo.'"
Despite the tiny hiccup, Del Rey and Nicks became fast friends. "I could totally call her. And, I have to say it's one of these like amazing career and life things where I do consider her a friend and I love her. Cause you never really know with women how it's gonna go but she wanted to be there right away sent flowers after the track was done. She got me a present for my birthday She was actually the one who put all the extra effort in and didn't make anything hard clearance-wise. I just had to call my friend and ask, 'Are you sure it's all ok?' I was like, 'yup!' I said, well, I guess we're all good." Read more and listen to the full interview

We usually write all of our music together, but this song was particularly unifying. During recording, and right before a tour, we lost a band member who quit on his own accord. Band relationships can be disastrous and this one was no different. "Fueling fire, and woke up in a flood." We lost recordings, equipment, and a friend. This made us question almost everything: are we playing the style of music that we want to play? Are our songs good enough? Should we start over? One thing we never questioned though was our commitment to the band and to each other. It launched us into a writing frenzy, abandoning all of the songs we were previously playing. This is how "So Cold" was born, just days before we left on tour.
Once you are out of an oppressing relationship you can see more clearly. The pre chorus lyric echo that emotion: "So let me go, My grip won't hold, This dead end road we've always known. So let me go and set me free with angel eyes you devil". Lyrics in the second verse refer to Sarah actually losing her voice for a month. The bridge is crystal clear. "You come, you go, we never know, the choice was always yours. God forbid I argue with the righteous self absorbed. You walk away, take everything, and now it's blowing up. Instead of fast we're going far- the truth speaks loud enough."
Super random facts:
We wrote this song in Sarah's apartment. She's moved two times since then.
We recorded this song in LA, where we got to live for a few months.
Luke played drums with a broken wrist that was not quite healed yet.
The music video will be released soon and stars an amazing French actress.
The original title was Hate and Darkness. We decided to change that because it made us sound so dark. I guess we are kind of dark after all. We wrote a song about someone who was an ass and put it out for the world to hear.
The band (including previous bandmate) all have tattoo's that say "If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together". It still rings true!

Brittany revealed that while she didn't experience morning sickness, she did suffer from "awful skin." She also let fans know that the baby is big. "Lil man is in the 95th percentile in size and weighing significantly more than the normal baby at this point," she wrote.
The new addition is due around the holidays, and apparently, the couple have decided on a name, but that's going to surprise. The most pressing question has to do with college football. Will the young Mr. Aldean root for Georgia (like his dad) or Bamba (like his mom). "Depends which parent you ask," Brittney wrote. Check out the cute post

"While working to finalize my second album, I spent weeks revisiting all the songs I've written," shared Paslay. "I couldn't believe how many were left behind never to be heard.
"but also how refreshing it was to hear them again in their raw, imperfect state just moments after they were written. I hope my fans will enjoy listening to the very beginning of a songs journey with this collection." Stream Work Tapes

But that wasn't the only surprise of the evening. Boyfriend Jonathan Roberts proposed backstage while Garth sang "I'm Every Woman." "Wow!! LA was incredible," Roberts wrote.
"It's definitely gonna be one to remember from 2 amazing concerts to jet skiing 40 miles up and down the coast. We Celebrated Allie Brooks birthday!! Also she said YES!!!! I'm beyond blessed to have this beautiful woman in my life." Check out the video

Their splashy birthday week has come to a close but J-Lo and A-Rod are still finding social media inspiration everywhere they go--including the famous LOVE sculpture by Robert Indiana.
The pair took a break while larking around New York City to pose with the iconic artwork. Jennifer perched between the "V" and the "E" while Alex leaned casually against the "E." On Instagram, A-Rod called it "Sunday Funday" and it could be a subtle hint that their relationship has reached the next level: Is it love? Sure looks that way. Read more and see the photos
