Sheeran spoke to The Daily Star (via ABC) about the forthcoming appearance and quieted concerns that his character might be killed off in television series.
"I do know which role I am going to play. I don't die in it", Sheeran told the paper. "I'm only in it for like five minutes. I'd probably prefer to have sex than die in the show. I'm sure a lot of people are into that...but I'm not." Read more

This past Sunday (April 2nd) the band took a break from working on the new album to record two versions of the baseball classic, a standard version and one that features a T-E-X-A-S chant.
The group was inspired to do the special recording after frontman Vaden Todd Lewis was featured in a Texas Rangers commercial that aired during this year's Superbowl.
Drummer Mark Reznicek shared his thoughts on taking on the song, "It was a blast to record 'Take Me Out To The Ballgame' on opening day of baseball season 2017 and it was really fun to be able to put a Toadies twist on a song everyone knows by heart."
"It was a blast to record 'Take Me Out To The Ballgame' on opening day of baseball season 2017 and it was really fun to be able to put a Toadies twist on a song everyone knows by heart," said of the session. The band will also play a post-game concert at The Texas Rangers stadium, Globe Life Park on April 29th.
Guitarist and life long Rangers fans Clark Vogeler added, "My family would take me to games way back at the original Ranger Stadium. And then I'd go with friends after they built the beautiful new ballpark and enjoy a beer and a game. To think that we'll be playing on that field, right after the game, is kind of mind-blowing. When the Rangers reached out to us and asked us to be a part ofthe night on 4/29, we jumped at the opportunity. It's going to be a fun, surreal experience and we're really looking forward to it." listen to the Texas styled version

The single can be streamed here and the group will be releasing their new album, entitled "Clara Obscura" on April 21st. Bell had this to say, "I see music as a craft and like all craftsman, it's the constant search for truth and beauty that keeps me going. Music brings expression to the things that can't be said, they must be felt."
The Relationship has also announced that they will be celebrating the album release with a series of West Coast live dates with Cotillion which will include shows in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Portland and Seattle later this month. See the dates

The new visual was directed by Chad Tennies [Audio Push, Trevor Jackson] and the Atlanta rapper will be releasing the new album, which will be entitled "Ether" and is his first independent release, on May 12th.
B.o.B had this to say, "It's about balance these days. If you look at my career, there's been a story arc. On The Adventures of Bobby Ray, Bobby goes on an adventure. He smokes some Strange Clouds afterwards. Then, he goes to the nightclub and does urban music in Underground Luxury. He takes some psychedelic mushrooms, has an awakening, and drops conscious projects like Psycadelik Thoughtz. Now, I want to take everything and have fun in this culmination called Ether. I've always believed knowledge plus experience equals wisdom. The experience is kicking in." Watch the video

The video can be streamed here. The album features special guest contributions from the Avett Brothers' Scott Avett on four tracks the album was co-executive-produced by Avetts bass player Bob Crawford.
Apparently it was Crawford kickstarted this album, Childers' sixth solo effort, by suggesting he reunite with Don Dixon (R.E.M., the Smithereens), who'd produced Crawford's favorite Childers album, Room 23 (done with his band the Modern Don Juans). Read more

The special after show event will be taking place at Nudie's Honky Tonk beginning at 11:30 PM local time and will feature a performance from Merle's son Ben Haggard and the country icon's band The Strangers.
Nudie's Honky Tonk Owner and Icon Entertainment President Bill Miller shared his excitement about the special event, "We're honored that Nudie's is the official venue for the Merle Haggard tribute concert after-party In addition to members of Merle's family and friends, son Ben Haggard will be performing with his dad's band, The Strangers." Check out the venue's website

The new clip was directed by filmmaker and animator Ewan Jones Morris and features footage from Meredith's recently concluded debut tour of the United States.
Meredith had this to say about the new video, "I'm very excited to be working with the brilliant wonky mind of Ewan Jones Morris again on a second video. It feels like a bit of a darker partner piece to his excellent Taken video, which also features Sam and Jack and I singing as a group. I love the combination of animation and footage he's used and the growth of the video through the track."
Morris says the video reflects his own creative process: "I had a few avenues that didn't work out for various reasons, so I was stuck without one solid idea and I really like this track so wanted to do something worthy of it. So It became a video about making a video for the song, not in too trite a way hopefully. It's obviously very tied to the lyrics and in the way that the Dowager 'plans her escape' I became the Dowager, chained to my computer animating but also planning my escape, flicking through books, procrastinating on my computer and looking out of the window. And as the Dowager takes to the sky - out of my meandering thoughts and half realised ideas, emerges something which captures the imagination (for five minutes). Or at least that's how it was playing out in my overtired mind." Watch the video

The Chicago based group has also announced that celebrate the EP hitting stores by playing a special hometown record release show at the Subterranean on May 12th.
Another of their songs, "You're The Only One" is set to be featured in the upcoming Warner Brothers' picture "Bastards" with Owen Wilson, Ed Helms, Glenn Close, J. K. Simmons, due out December 2017. Listen to the new single

The video was shot while the band was on a recent tour with The Color Wild and frontman Anthony Fitzpatrick had this to say about the new track "'The Feeling' is one of many songs that didn't end up making our debut record, but it's a track that we're still very proud of and felt that it deserved some spotlight.
"The song is about addiction, the hook ''Aye nothing makes you feel OK, we were just born this way,' is the devil on my shoulder telling me its OK to keep going, but you're fighting with yourself because you no longer want that addiction.
"Myself and one of my best friends Rouxx, who is also one of the producers for Sleeptalk, wrote this song together. We wrote this song in about an hour, everything flowed together so perfectly. It's definitely a song we wanted everyone to hear."
The band chose some of their favorite previously released tracks to include on the mixtape and decided to give it away to fans for free as a "thank you." Fitzpatick says "Coming off our first tour, we wanted to show to our fans how much we appreciate the support and to let them know, this band is for them." Watch the video

We were sent these details: "Don't Want It" The soundscapes of his new material evoke an atmospheric dream of sweet and low-down folk storytelling, splashed with spacey notes of West coast ambiance and coupled with his dexterous fingerpicking style on his steel guitar.
O.K. Cool underscores the evolution of Sawyer's core themes as an artist: honest songwriting at its deepest and most raw, about love, loss, going broke, and the inevitable, revolving door of starting anew. Stream the song
