Rather than making a dramatic aerial ascent across the main stage, Spears had to climb down a set of stairs to join her dancers front and center. A helpful stage hand climbed to inform her that the harness moment was a no-go. Members of the audience seemed aware that something wasn't quite right.
Spears, ever the professional, quickstepped down the stairs to finish the number and give her fans what they paid top dollar to see in Sin City. Watch video of the incident

"We had laundry on stage!" Chris told media outlets. "You know what was funny, at that show one girl asked for it back. We left them all up on stage and one girl comes and goes, 'Can I get that one?' And my stage hands are like, 'Are you sure? It's been onstage.' And she was like, 'It was really expensive.' [laughs] "
The 30-year-old was actually impressed by the girl's honestly. "I was like, you are equally brave for coming back to get it and go, 'no, no, I don't want to repurchase that,'" he said.
Speaking of ladies on tour, odds are he won't have the same conversation with his upcoming tourmate and duet partner Cassadee Pope. The pair's "Think of You" is Young's followup to "I'm Comin' Over."
"I had gone out of my way to grab her on the tour, we knew that was going to be the next single," he explained at the No. 1 party. "It's one of those things where I was so lucky to get someone with a voice like that on the track. It such a vocally powerful song. It's range-y. I don't know if you guys have ever heard her sing live and in person, it sounds like her record. It's incredible. She's doing a high c sharp on the record. It's nuts. I'm pumped. That's something we'll be able to give people when the single's fresh, when it's new, when they don't know it yet, as well as - hopefully - six months from now where it won't be a big deal."

According to Billboard, the video for "Lean On" by Major Lazer and DJ Snake hit one billion views last week. It marks the 14th clip to have been viewed over one billion times, joining the likes of Taylor Swift's "Blank Space" and "Shake It Off," Katy Perry's "Roar," Wiz Khalifa and Charlie Puth's "See You Again," and the number one viewed video on YouTube: Psy's "Gangnam Style."
Billboard also reports that only two clips had passed one billion views a year ago and now a dozen more have joined the most-viewed clips within the past 12 months. It looks like the number could easily double over the next year.
The next clip in line is "Love the Way You Lie." Eminem and Rihanna's 2010 hit needs just under three hundred thousand views to hit one billion. Meanwhile Shakira's "Waka Waka (This Time for Africa)," Maroon 5's "Sugar," Ed Sheeran's "Thinking Out Loud," Psy's "Gentleman," and Ellie Goulding's "Love Me Like You Do" are all less than one million views from the coveted spot. Urban dips into Biggie's music again to make a mash-up paying homage to the late David Bowie. Terry Urban's new amalgamation is called "Biggie Stardust."
The track, which was released on Soundcloud, lays a Biggie verse lifted from "Dead Wrong" over Bowie's "Moonage Daydream." While the two songs don't seem like they would pair well together, the mash-up is well executed. Check out Terry Urban's "Biggie Stardust"

"My first reaction was to be like man that's a bummer, this isn't fun for me," says Swift. "But then my second reaction ended up being, hey that's actually kindof a really interesting character they're writing about, she jet sets around the world collecting men, and she can get any of them, but she's so clingy that they leave and she cries, and then she gets another one in her web and she traps them and locks them in her mansion and then she's crying in her marble bathtub surrounded by pearls."
"I was like, I can use this," Swift jokes. The performance comes from Taylor's stripped down set at the GRAMMY Museum on September 30th. Check out the unplugged version of "Blank Space"
