According to an interview with Guitarist C.J. Pierce conducted by Launch, the bands management has already been contacted by a number of aspiring singers hoping to take the place of Dave Williams, who died in August of heart failure while the band was on tour with the Ozzfest.
Pierce told Launch that the band members just started jamming again a week ago, writing new songs. We're gonna try to keep this thing going...try to find someone else who fits with us."
"We're not ready yet to bring somebody in; we're still getting used to the fact this is how it's gonna be," Pierce says. "The last couple days it's been easier. We've just been coming in with new material we like and getting excited about playing again. We know we're gonna work somebody in here pretty soon. It may take a few months; it may take a few years. I hope it doesn't take long, 'cause I really love to play."
