Audioslave Commerford told Billboard that DMX provided the vocals to one track that Cornell had yet to put his pipes to and the second song is a collaboration between the full Audioslave lineup and DMX.
One of the two tracks was originally planned for inclusion on the Jackass The Movie, soundtrack but didnt come off. The other track is slated for inclusion in the forthcoming DMX/Jet Li film "Cradle to the Grave," which is set for release early next year.
According to the Billboard report, neither song is expected to appear this year since it will take away from the Audioslave debut, which hits stores on Nov. 19th but Commerford expected the song originally planned for the Jackass soundtrack to be released. "It's such a great song that we can't put it out now because it'll get too much attention, Commerford told Billboard.
