Now the show will serve a duel purpose to pay tribute Dee Dee and Joey Ramone and celebrate the release of the CD. Scheduled to perform at the show Type O Negative's Peter Steele, Blank 77�s Mike Blank, Jayne County, I.C.U. singer Pee Wee, and more. Part of the proceeds from the show as well as 20% of the profits from the sale of the CD will go to the Joey Ramone Lymphoma Research Fund at the New York Hospital Cornell Medical Center. 

"I'm sure there are going to be a lot of Ramones fans there who will be wanting to commiserate over Dee Dee's death," said Johnny Chiba, one of the shows organizers. "But we're not promoting anything of that nature. We're celebrating the Ramones, we're celebrating Joey's life, and, in that respect, we're going to be celebrating Dee Dee's life as well, as opposed to memorializing them."
