INCUBUS ANNOUNCE
THE MORNING VIEW FALL TOUR
Tour launch set for August 31 in Reno,
Nevada
(Los Angeles, CA) Just as this years highly successful Civic Tour 2002 was coming to a close in Dallas, TX on July 4th, plans were already underway for another swing around the US. The hard working Southern California rockers Incubus arent ready to take a break just yet. The five-some from Calabasas have decided to make the rounds again hitting a number of smaller cities across the US where the band has not previously played, starting with Reno, NV on August 31.
After completing the 50-date, Civic Tour 2002 many of which sold-out, including, both The Great Western Forum in Los Angeles and Madison Square Garden in New York, Incubus are finally coming into their own as rock superstarstheir graduation to arenas on the recent tour has polished Incubus already shining surface into the brightest shimmer on the American music scene.
Incubus musical diversity goes beyond rock to a unique mix of pop, metal, hip-hop and jazz-fusion. With six albums released over the past 6 years, including the multi-platinum Make Yourself, which featured the hit single Drive, Incubus has built such a loyal following that their current CD, Morning View, went platinum in just 10 weeks and their just released second DVD, Morning View Sessions, debuted at #1 on Soundscans DVD chart upon release.
The Morning View tour kicks off on August 31 in Reno, NV and will conclude this coming November (more dates TBA). Incubus is Brandon Boyd (vocals/percussion), Mike Einziger (guitars), Dirk Lance (bass), Jose Pasillas, II (drums) and Chris Kilmore (turntables).
