According to the E! report, a trial date of April 2nd has been set for the case to be heard. Lee is being sued by the parents of a four-year-old boy who drowned in his swimming pool while attending a birthday party for his son, Brandon Lee. (see story)

The suit charges Lee with negligence, reckless behavior and failure to provide proper supervision because children at the party were reportedly left alone in the pool without adult supervision. The parents are seeking unspecified damages.
