Backstreet Boy Nick Carter will release his debut solo album, �Now or Never� on October 29th.  The first single from the album �Help Me� will be released to radio next week with the clips video debuting on MTV�s Making the Video series on September 16th. . 

Not to be outdone N� Sync�er Justin (Poodle Head) Timberlake also has a solo album slated for release this Fall. The Timberlake opus �Justified� will be in stores on Jive Records November 12th. 

Again, MTV will provide the entire teenybopper TRL faithful with the video for the first single to the Timberlake CD, �Like I Love You� when they premier the clip on Sept 9th in their �Making the Video� series. 

For his part, Timberlake says that he �co-wrote� all of the songs on the album.
