The band has been working on new material for the album with producer Don Gilmore, who also produced their best selling debut.
The band contends that the new studio album will not be like their new remix album, which for the most part replaced the more rockin elements with hip-hop. However, lead vocalist, Chester Bennington, did state that the band is experimenting more this time around. So we will have to wait and see which direction the new CD will ultimately take.
