Press Release
AMERICAN PEARL OFFERS BELIEVE IN WAKE OF LAST WEEKS TRAGEDY.
COMPOSITION OFFERING MESSAGE OF STRENGTH, HOPE AND UNITY AVAILABLE WORLDWIDE EXCLUSIVELY VIA FREE DOWNLOAD.
New York --- Wind-up recording artist and American Pearl songwriter Kevin Roentgen and Wind-up Records Chairman Alan Meltzer have co-written a track titled Believe in the wake of last weeks tragedy. Following the terrorist attacks on U.S. soil, the songwriter / musician was in contact with Meltzer when the two undertook an artistic collaboration to express their feelings surrounding the current events. We both felt so vulnerable, said Roentgen, What began in bitterness, anger, and frustration, ended in hope and a call for unity several days later. Believe was recorded in Los Angeles last night and will be electronically serviced to radio stations across the country late today. The roots of the Roentgen / Meltzer collaboration came from a prior American Pearl song (Bleed), which was re-worked musically and lyrically.
The track is available exclusively as a free download on radio, retail and other Internet-based web sites. American Pearl and Wind-up Records have mutually decided to release the record in this manner so everybody who wishes can have it free of charge. Charitable donations can be made through participating radio stations and on-line retailers who offer the download.
