Just when you thought the Scott Stapp / Fred Durst feud had ended, Durst protégés Puddle of Mudd help re-ignite the flames by pulling out of the upcoming US tour with Creed.
Creed had the following to say about the situation, "Creed, their fans, radio stations, and concert promoters of the upcoming shows were very excited about the addition of Puddle of Mudd to the U.S. dates. Unfortunately, after the involvement of Puddle of Mudd was formally confirmed and announced by the bands' respective booking agencies and radio stations in the upcoming tour markets, representatives for Puddle of Mudd canceled the dates with no explanation given."
With no explanation given by the POM camp, speculation is running rampant that puppet master Durst had something to do with the cancellation.
Meanwhile, Creed continues to hold the top spot on the Billboard album charts with second week sales of their latest album Weathered coming in at 417,000 units.
