In a statement issued by Osbourne he asked "Why don't they let the fans vote?".  He went on to say "As it stands now, what's the point? It's a joke. It's about gladhanding and grandstanding and I don't want any part of it." 

This is the second year that Ozzy asked that his former band be removed from that ballot. This leaves the real question, if inducted what would he do? Use the building at a urinal like he did with the Alamo? We will have to wait and see.
