He was dismissed from the band last January after an appearance at the Sun Dance Film Festival.  Fans were shocked at the sudden firing, and the Third Eye Blind camp kept a pretty tight lid on the story behind the dismissal. Shortly after firing Cadogan, Third Eye Blind brought in their original guitarist Tony Fredianelli to take Cadogan's place. 

There is no official response yet from the Third Eye Blind camp and no further details available on the allegations claimed against them. We will keep you updated as this story develops.
