Los Angeles, CA -  SPINESHANK have just been announced as an addition to this summer�s Tattoo the Earth Tour.  The band are set to release their second Roadrunner record, The Height of Callousness , this fall (10/10/2000).  This tour will give extreme music fans a taste of what the band have to offer the newly revived hard rock scene.

SPINESHANK are quite familiar with the ways of the road and are not shy when it comes to live performance.  The band gained critical recognition of their music and live set alike and developed an ever-loyal fan base while touring in support of their first album, Strictly Diesel, with bands like Static-X, System of a Down and Fear Factory.

Their songs are powered by aggressive down tuned guitars fused with straightforward grooves and topped with hard-melodic vocals.  Expect to hear a powerful set packed with old songs like �Detached� and some of their exciting new material like, �New Disease� and �Synthetic�.
