Ozzy Osbourne will be releasing a Ozzfest compilation this spring. The compilation will include live tracks recorded during the 1999 and 2000 summer festivals. No track listing details have been released yet, the Osbournes are still in the process of getting some of the performers to sign on to the project. We do know that the project will be released on Osbournes own record label, Divine Records (distributed by Priority Records the same as Marilyn Mansons Post Human Records). Fans may expect the compilation to hit stores as early as March.
Remember that Ozzfest 2000 was to be the last? According to rumors Ozzy must have decided once again Retirement Sucks as plans are in the works for a 2001 festival tour. Guns n Roses is among the names being tossed around as possible participants on the tour.
Ozzys next studio album is due out this
spring as well. So it appears Ozzy is far from retirement!
